Great check-in, but that's about it

Wess at check-in was super friendly and helpful! The rooms were a mess though—stains everywhere and no hot water. Breakfast was kinda watery and the waffle maker didn't work. Found some weird stuff in the pull-out bed too. Not exactly what I was hoping for, unfortunately.

We needed Wheelchair Accessible room with bathroom, the sofa bed and it was available.

Parking was available for our motorcycles and trailers.

Coffee maker was not cleaned and no regular coffee in the room. Frigerator did not work. When told lady at desk she said "thanks we will have to get that fixed" at breakfast toaster did not work, waffle iron didn't work. Selection not the best

The room was super accessible with a lift. Had all the basics like a coffee machine, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The bathroom was nice, with shampoo, body soap, and free toiletries. Loved the fitness centre and nice pool. Staff were really helpful and made things easy.

This place is amazing, spotlessly clean, and the staff is very friendly; its proximity to the lakes we wanted to visit is fantastic.

Bed was comfortbale. Couch was decent. Cable/satellite tv service was good. Desk chair was good. Desk was ok.

I like a little meat like sausage or bacon with eggs. Eggs were ok. Needed a little meat. The pool was closed. There's apparently a problem with the pool.

The hotel's location is fantastic and beautiful, situated in a lovely neighborhood.

Clean,nice staff. Pull out sofa was great for our two year old made sleeping much easier for all of us.

Elevator was very dated,and rickety .Just took the stairs felt safer lol.hotel had been renovated but still had a few things that didn't get updated.

Spacious room that's clean and has a fridge to store your snacks and drinks 🍺.

The location of this place in the mountains is exceptional, allowing you to easily walk around and enjoy the city; I would definitely return here in the future.

The bed was very comfortable.

I had to rig the AC up so that it would cool the room and not just the bed. My 10 month old found someone's under wear under the bed. It was gross.

AC didn't work well we were offered to change room but was too much of a hassle since the kids were already in bed

The place was perfectly clean. The staff were super-friendly and amazingly nice. The location was marvelous in a really friendly area, very close to the lakes as well as restaurants.

We only had warm water in the shower for about 5 minutes then cold. When approached the staff knew about the problem but did nothing to rectify the situation. I was scheduled for 5 days but when my needs were obviously not a priority I left and got another room in a different hotel would NOT EVER recommend a comfort suites again. And on rating this property the ratings appeared to be in Japanese so it was not filled out. Is this a trick to get better ratings??????

The room and hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool was just OK, but the kids enjoyed it so that's what matters. Overall a positive experience, and I would stay there again.
